Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

The Athletic Awards Banquet will be held on Wednesday, May 8th. The meal will start at 5 pm and the banquet will start at 6 pm. Athletes will need to see Coach M. Gainey from Wednesday, May 1st until Monday, May 6th to get your meal ticket. Parents and guest meal will cost $10 and the tickets are available now on GoFan. The awards presentation is free. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR AWARDS. Dress Attire is business casual. (No shorts)

The Boys’ and Girls’ Track won the Nash County meet. Congratulations to Candrice Davis and Isaiah Silver, they were named the Runners of the meet.
Thursday (May 2)
Athletes please see Coach M. Gainey to get your athletic banquet meal ticket during lunch.
Esports will participate in the VESL (Varsity Electronic Sports League) Playoffs in room 2702. Game time 5:00 pm.
The Soccer team will host Southern Nash. It is Senior Night, so please come out and a say thank you for participating in Gryphons Athletics. Game time: 4 pm.
Friday (May 3)
Noah Seale and Juan Gavira will travel to Burlington to compete in the NCHSAA Individual Tennis Regionals. Match time: 1 pm.
Monday (May 6)
Connor Skeels and Kaleb Wells will travel to Fayetteville to compete in the NCHSAA Golf Regionals. Tee time: 8 am.
Tuesday (May 2)
Soccer will travel to Franklinton. Game time: 6 pm.
