Athletic physical forms are available outside the Athletic Office, in the main office and on the school’s website.
To participate in athletics, you and your parent must be registered in Finalforms (https://nashrockymount-nc.finalforms.com/), passed 3 out of 4 courses from last semester and have an updated physical on file.

You can also click on the away games (digital sports), and it will connect you to map quest for directions. There is a section where you can put your email address so that the system can notify you of any cancellations.

Volleyball Workouts will begin on Saturday, May 11 from 9 am to 11 am. Monday, May 13th and Wednesday, May 15th from 4:30 pm to 6 pm. You must have a physical on file and met the academic requirements. Please see Coach Smalls or Coach Pickett for more information.
There will be a boys’ soccer interest meeting in 2108 after school on Tuesday, MAY 14th. See Coach Hormazabal for any questions or concerns.

Soccer will travel to Northern Nash. Game time: 6 pm.

Track qualifiers will travel to UNC Pembroke to compete in the NCHSAA Regionals. Meet time: 10:30 am.
Wednesday (May 15)
The Rocky Mount Event Center will be offering “Free” physicals for 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
