Good afternoon Red Oak Family! This afternoon, there was some reports of suspicious sounds at the time of dismissal. Though communication with Law Enforcement, it has been confirmed that someone was in fact conducting target practice on Private Land in the area. There was not an immediate threat to the school, staff, or students. This has been confirmed by Law Enforcement. We wanted to let everyone know to avoid misinformation. Again, Nash County Sheriff's Office has shared that there was never any threat to the school or anyone on campus. Thank you!
